The Resolution Group has over 27 years of experience designing and delivering practical, interactive training programs for agencies across the federal government. We have taught thousands of participants (ranging from reluctant attendees to senior executives and union officials) in areas including workplace mediation, conflict resolution, EEO law and procedure, disability accommodation, workplace investigations, interest-based negotiation, diversity and inclusion, and more. Our instructors do not just teach these concepts; they have lived them. Each trainer is an attorney with extensive experience mediating workplace disputes, and all have handled hundreds of real-world cases involving employment and discrimination law.
Our training is grounded in actual field experience rather than theory. We custom-tailor every class to the audience and work hard to create an engaging, supportive environment where participants feel comfortable exploring complex workplace challenges. We do not rely on canned materials or PowerPoint lectures. Instead, we turn classrooms into forums for dialogue—safe spaces where participants learn by doing, reflecting, and practicing new skills in real time. Our sessions are known for being relevant, dynamic, and, above all, impactful. Many of our instructors also train other trainers and teach at law schools, which further deepens the quality and professionalism of our programs.
