As part of TRG's full-spectrum EEO services, we provide mediation support at both the pre-complaint and formal stages of the EEO process. Our roster includes experienced federal-sector mediators, many of whom are licensed attorneys and trained under the Interagency ADR Working Group guidelines. We offer voluntary mediation services that are neutral, confidential, and designed to resolve disputes efficiently and restore productive working relationships. Mediations are conducted virtually or by telephone, allowing timely access and flexible scheduling. Each mediator is adept at handling sensitive allegations, including harassment, reprisal, and hostile work environment claims.
TRG's workforce includes highly qualified professionals with decades of federal-sector experience. Our investigators are certified EEO professionals who have successfully completed the EEOC-required 32-hour basic investigator course and maintain currency with the 8-hour annual refresher. Some are licensed attorneys. Our counselors are likewise certified and current with required EEO counseling training, ensuring consistent, legally sound informal resolution services.
Our mediators are seasoned neutrals with decades of experience in federal workplace disputes. Many hold advanced law degrees or conflict resolution credentials, and have served for years in federal EEO, labor-management, and employment law contexts.
Our Final Agency Decision (FAD) writers and legal analysts are attorneys who bring both subject matter expertise and legal acumen to the drafting of FADs, acceptance/dismissal letters, and legal memoranda.
TRG manages each engagement using industry best practices aligned with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Our dedicated task order managers plan and track workload distribution, deliverable timelines, and resource utilization. Each case passes through a multi-tier quality control review process to ensure compliance with EEOC requirements, internal formatting standards, redaction protocols, and client expectations. All work is logged and monitored to support transparency, rework avoidance, and performance-based evaluations.
TRG's remote-capable workforce aligns with DCSA's authorization of offsite performance. Our professionals operate in secure, encrypted digital environments that meet DoDI 5200.48, OPSEC, and DoD cybersecurity requirements. All staff complete annual training in Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), cybersecurity, and nondisclosure compliance. We maintain secure file exchange protocols, two-factor authentication, and audit-ready records management.
