Turna R. Lewis has dedicated over twenty years to advancing workplace fairness and legal compliance across various sectors. As an accomplished attorney and certified workplace investigator, she has spearheaded numerous investigations, skillfully navigating the complexities of labor and employment law. Her expertise extends to handling sensitive issues such as discrimination, hostile work environments, and employment disputes, ensuring adherence to EEOC MD 110 guidelines.

With a robust track record, Turna has managed comprehensive investigation programs, overseeing both internal and external investigative teams. Her meticulous approach to drafting Final Agency Decisions and managing these programs has been instrumental in fostering equitable workplace environments.

Cynthia Miller

Cynthia Miller began her career shortly after serving active duty in the U.S. Air Force as an EEO Counselor. In this role, she provided counseling to complainants and informed them of their rights. Shortly thereafter, she advanced to the position of EEO Manager, where she developed and managed EEO programs and oversaw both informal and formal EEO processes.

Cynthia has been dedicated to serving as a Federal Investigator since 2003. She earned her certification through the Office of Complaint Investigations (OCI) within the Department of Defense, where she has provided invaluable services to the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marines, and various Fourth Estate entities of the DoD. Throughout her career, Cynthia has worked closely with all levels of leadership within the DoD and the U.S. Postal Service.

In addition to her investigative work, Cynthia has been a certified mediator since 2005. She received her mediation training from the Justice Center of Atlanta and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS). As a mediator, Cynthia has played a crucial role in resolving EEO issues across all Federal agencies, offering her expertise as a neutral party.

Catherine Sanders

Catherine Sanders brings extensive experience in employment investigations, with a specialized focus on EEO compliance and labor relations. Over the years, Catherine has served various federal agencies by conducting thorough investigations into complaints regarding discrimination, harassment, and workplace disputes, ensuring adherence to federal civil rights law.

Catherine has effectively managed and resolved issues concerning reasonable accommodations, showcasing her deep understanding of ADA requirements and her commitment to fostering inclusive workplace practices for years. She brings to our clients meticulous attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights, skills she has honed through years of practice.

Previously, Catherine worked with the Employment Investigation Group, where she was responsible for interviewing both complainants and management officials, compiling evidence, and delivering comprehensive Reports of Investigation to agencies such as the Department of Energy, FAA, and the Department of Defense. Her investigative work ensures that all proceedings are conducted fairly, transparently, and with professional integrity.

Professional Leadership and Impact: Before her current role, Catherine was a Labor and Employee Relations Specialist at the Department of Health and Human Services. In this capacity, she provided guidance on labor and employee relations, drafted disciplinary actions, and represented management in grievance meetings and negotiations. Her extensive experience also includes serving as a Postmaster in Maryland, where she managed operational duties and coordinated reasonable accommodations, further underscoring her leadership in handling sensitive employment issues.

Sylvia Sharp

Sylvia I. Sharp brings a profound background in civil rights compliance and leadership in managing complex EEO investigations to her role in interpreting and enforcing state and federal civil rights laws. With extensive experience in the educational sector and government civil rights offices, Sylvia has developed a specialized expertise in navigating the intricacies of workplace investigations and ensuring rigorous adherence to legal standards.

Sylvia has led critical workgroups and advisory committees to implement innovative civil rights programs. She adeptly interprets Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other pertinent regulations, ensuring organizational compliance with these crucial guidelines.
